Went out 1st thing this morning and did my 3rd run/walk 🤣 its very unlike me to be up and out early but i knew if I didn't then i would find an excuse not to go later this evening. Glad i went now but also slightly scared for week 2! 😅

Congratulations! Starting in the first place and then completing W1 is a huge achievement.... so well done.

I’ve just started W5 and had the same trepidation as you, but have found the program is paced just right.

I know everyone is different but found W2 easier than W1.

Well done and keep going, you’ve got this ! 👏👏

Wow week 5! Well done, i hope i can get to that stage, i never seem to stick to anything so really hoping i do this time.

Good to hear its paced well, i don't think i could do much more than im currently doing 🤣

I was the same with sticking to exercise etc ... many a gym has done well out of me for my annual membership used less than a dozen times !! ... but have to say this program has suited me well and still going ... plus there’s great encouragement and advice from fellow C25K people

You are amazing! The hardest part is deciding to do it and that first week is so mentally tough ... you have got this!

Well done! Sooo relate on the anxiety over w2. Lol. For now...trying to get my backside out the door to complete w1 r3!

Did u notice a difference between your first and third run? I don't think I'm ready for w2. My run today was good but I was still completely done at the end of it. I cannot imagine 90 seconds of running. I'm torn between continuing with w1 for another week maybe and trying w2 and seeing how I get on first?
