Hi I’m I’ve just finished 2nd run of week 3 which I did but found it hard my legs are really aching all the time at the moment is this normal ?

Well done.

Are you following the advice in the guide to the plan on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.

Hi I’ve been stretching but not done any strengthening exercise I will have a look now thanks

Are you doing dynamic stretches pre run and static post run as per the guide?
