Perfectly normal... very common... so common that we now have a consolidation club for new graduates healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

My advice would be to set some goals to keep your motivation going. Well done today... I thought I was early up 🤣

I found I was OK for about four weeks of consolidation running then it all became a bit vague with runs being easily put off. Then I settled into running on three set days of the week and since I did that it’s been easy to keep a routine. Good luck with consolidation.

Totally normal.......hence the Consolidation Club.

What you need to do now is to build the habit, so that the idea of five days passing without a run will make you feel uncomfortable.
