W8R3 - Carried on and did 5km!

I am well chuffed that after the 28 minutes I carried on and thought let me get this to 5km. 34 minutes 36 seconds later 5km was done!

Very happy with that for now. Will try to speed up when doing Week 9 and see how far I can run in the allotted 30 minutes.

Well done! But do take care 🤔. The program is structured as it is for good reason. It is all to easy to get injured when progressing every week. Your goal in 9 weeks is to run for 30 minutes. To run 5k or to run faster are goals for later, once your body has adjusted to the new demands you're putting on it. An injury happens in a moment, and there's no going back. Please do take care, have patience, you have the rest if your running career for new milestones 😊👍
