W10R1: 5km graduation

ā€¢5 Replies

I graduated C25K last Sunday running for 30 minutes but not getting to 5km. Today I ran for 5.1km in around 36 minutes - hurrah! šŸ˜

Next ā€œgraduationā€ will be my first parkrun- probably 19th January. Nothing like spinning it out eh? šŸ¤Ŗ
