Week 5...

Hi All,

I’m new to the forum, but have just completed W5R2 this morning (it seems I actually really like running in the rain!) I have seen lots of great advice on here and just wanted to say a big thank you to all those that post - it makes such a difference to know that there are others who have been successful with the programme and have shared the challenges we all face. There are some wonderful tips, which I’m trying to take on board and I’m trying to stay positive for R3 and dismiss any dread like thoughts... although I do wish I lived somewhere which was a little less hilly!
