Hi all, I've just done my first session,it wasn't as hard as I thought thank God,it's really nice having someone instruct you feels like your not on your own,very encouraging

Well done for getting started and glad you didn’t find it too bad . I’m on Week 2 and definitely like the instruction on the app . Make sure you read all the tips on here - they are really helpful.

Well done! The programme is complete magic and you will be a runner before you know it!! Make sure you stay slow throughout the programme, take your rest days, stretch and use the lovely forum folk for advice and encouragement who will be with you every step of the way. No Couch to 5k runner runs alone here. :)
