Hi everyone! I'm new to the community and it is so encouraging to see your stories. I live in N16 and was wondering if one of you is local and would join me for a bit if a run?

Welcome to the forum! I'm not London based myself but sure there will be others. There will probably be a parkrun or running club nearby? Are you starting the C25K programme or have you already completed it? If you're just starting then good luck. Go slowly and use the forum as much as you need :)

Thanks for the reply. Yes I'm starting C25k. Hope will stay on the track.

If you go to your profile on here there is a way to turn on something called 'people near me' which will let you know who is near your postcode btw :)

It's a great decision, the programme is brilliant and you will definitely stay on track when you start feeling that you need to tell the forum folk about each run! There are some really incredible, inspirational people here and everyone started where you are now!

Good luck with your first week. Keep us posted with how you're doing!
