I’ve just finished WK7 R3 for the second time, this time without the pain that pulled me up last wk. I am even managing a 60s sprint at the end (which I’m loving) WK8 I think I’m ready for you. My main problem now is pain in my left foot after about 18mins where I broke metatarsals which healed badly, this causes pins and needles after a while, I am pushing through as I think it’s not as bad as it was but not sure to keep on pushing is the write thing?

Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.

Pins and needles can be symptomatic of poor circulation, which might be caused by your shoes being too tight, or becoming tight if your feet swell while running.

Enjoy your journey.
