So after my failed attempt 2 days ago I just wanted to focus on completing the 30 minutes without stressing about pace. So glad to say that I managed it! 🥳🏃🏻♀️
I was slower today but that doesn’t matter, I’ve still got plenty of time in consolidation to improve my pace!
Only 1 run left now, can’t believe I’ve stuck to the programme when before I hated the idea of running!
