First of 3 x25min runs this week.
I started off feeling very tired and had heavy legs but I kept saying to myself - you’ve done this before you can do it again- keep going. I thought I would go a bit slower seeing as I have 3 big runs this week, but when I finished I had managed 4.4k of running so only a touch less than Fridays which I’m delighted with, still on track to do 5k in 30mins - and I did the last 2 mins uphill so that slowed me down.
I felt good when I was finished and I’m looking forward to the same run on Wednesday
