I’ve run 4 consolidation runs now- but last night I only managed 3.3 k - just couldn’t go on but in hindsight I think I haven’t been doing enough to maintain my 5k. I think my mood was low too and I struggled, giving up early. Now have a twinge In my back too to make matters worse but I’m determined to have another go tomorrow and keep battling on! Just goes to show how hard this is but it’s so rewarding fitness wise 😊

I’m just sitting thinking about going out - should’ve went Sunday 😬 I’m finding it hard to keep at it.
Try not to be to hard on yourself / I’m sure I read somewhere that only 1 run a week should be an improvement run - the others should be stamina building.
You are doing amazing by keeping at it! X
