Since doing the 30 mins the pain has started - in my right hip only. I don’t notice it when I run, so it’s not affecting my runs at the moment. Anyone else had this issue?
I’m new to this running malarkey and exercise, so maybe it’s to be expected after just 10 weeks. Parts of my body haven’t been used like this since secondary school PE lessons 😂
I’m actually really stiff and sore today, feeling like I’m 100! I did warm down stretches and I roll my legs too but maybe I need to concentrate on hips more, so can anyone suggest some really good stretches that will help elevate. I’m on a rest day today so will take advantage of any snippets of wisdom.
Thanks 👵🏻

I have this too! Even in the same hip! I have a feeling it might be because of the way I'm running. I think I'm not running on my right leg correctly and so I'm causing problems for myself.
I'm hopefully having a gait analysis soon so that might shed some light on things. But I'm also trying some exerises as well, such as exercising the hip flexor. Haven't noticed any major improvements yet though.
I can't give advice how to fix it as I still have it at the moment, but if I come across anything I'll let you know 😊
