Goals!

Well I’ve just completed week 3, starting W4 on Wednesday. Can’t believe I’ve got so far! I’m in for surgery soon and I should finish W6 the day before my operation. I’m hoping I don’t take too long to recover. Might treat myself to new shoes as a new goal. Any recommendations? #keeprunning #thisgranruns

Well done and good luck for the upcoming surgery !

And yes, new running shoes will be a nice treat !

As for make , well, I just completely changed my mind this morning in the running shop !

I had a gait analysis done , tried several pairs on and bought a completely different name to what I had in mind .

But the ones I bought could not be more comfortable, so oh would certainly say get the analysis and be open minded as to the make ! 😁

Well done on your progress.

This post may give you some pointers about shoes healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Recommendations from anyone else may be totally irrelevant to your running style so take them with a pinch of salt and get a gait analysis done, which will reveal yours.
