You have to prepare yourself for those longer runs, if you ran run 3 of week 6, you can run the 3/25 minute runs of week 7, have a extra day off running, drink plenty of water the day before you rerun run 1 of week 7, run it a little slower than you have been, hopefully, you won't need to stop as you ran run 3 of week 6, good luck.
What's making you stop?
I'm guessing this is becoming a mental thing, given that you've got this far already.

I found week 7 last week really hard. Not sure why as run 3 of week 6 is also 25 minutes.... it helped to run slower - look up Japanese running. It helped Togo with someone. To do new routes. And to just keep my legs moving even when it feels like every step is dragging along.
Also make sure you've drunk enough before...

Thank you for your advice, I have tried changing my route, was very warm this morning so might not have helped me. Sure I will shout from the roof tops when I get there 😂😀
You can definitely do this week, believe in yourself and swat those mind gremlins away 😀
Nice and slow jogging, keep telling yourself you will do this run. You’ve done it before and will do it again!
