Well guys thank you all for your positive posts and that push to get me out of the door - I did it. Week 8 run 1. It was warmer than I like but hey I went and boy do I feel good 🤸🏻‍♂️🤸🏻‍♂️🤩. Onwards to run 2.

Thanks so much- off for shower and onto the laptop 💻 - bit later than usual but hey life’s allowed to be a bit flexible- let’s celebrate all the good things and running is great for all of us 👍🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏽✅🥳
