Legs felt super heavy on the first two runs so we went slower than usual. Still felt like a challenge but we got through it and actually felt less discomfort in my lower legs/ankle so feel like it still counts as a successful session as I didn’t stop or give up. Excited to see how I cope with the rest of this week.
On a side note, a friend recommended I try intermittent fasting. I’ve looked at a few videos and ordered a book as she seems to really be benefiting but not sure how it works with the C25K anyone else doing both?

Slowing down is a perfect strategy! Definitely a successful session. There is no requirement for speed during C25K, that can come later if you wish, but for now it's all about time on your feet.
I have no experience of fasting, but at a time when you are pushing your body in new ways and asking it to repair and grow new muscles etc. to me fasting seems counter intuitive. Focusing on eating well may be a safer and more sustainable option at this point (but I'm no expert)?
