My husband and I switched things up today and ran first thing in the morning before coffee and breakfast-only had half a banana and some water. It worked for me. 28 minutes were fine and I covered the most distance so far by a long shot. It didn’t work so well for my husband though. He finished the run but said he had low energy (he always needs coffee & food first thing - so we’re probably back to running about 1.5-2hours after breakfast & coffee. Can’t believe we’re so close to week 9. Thanks again for all the support and ideas on the forum. C25K really is an incredible program. ❤️ Good luck everyone!

Well done you have done the work so w9 will be a breeze. Time to think post c25k get ready because after the celebrations and the cheering crowds you will need a plan or maybe two plans.
I found my self trying various training plans which I think is ok because what suits some people may not suit you. But at the end of the day structure and a target is what I needed. So above all enjoy your running which is the plan I settled on. I look forward to seeing your graduation email.👍😎
Thanks so much Hamit! Your advice and thoughts are greatly appreciated. I’m sure we’ll need a plan & have already started doing a little research. The structure (especially with podcasts) and the support from the forum have helped so much - hoping to find something with that type of structure. We’ll definitely post a graduation email.
