So I did W1R3 today. For the first time I felt like I could jog for longer than 1 minute. I wasn’t worried about what other people think of me and I love the slow jogging technique.
I’m excited to start week 2 and a bit pleased with myself.

Congratulations on completing week 1 of C25K and welcome to the forum, onwards and upwards to week 2, take all the runs slowly, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish, drink plenty of water to keep hydrated, don't run on consecutive days, enjoy your runs 🏃🏾 👍.
