Hi, I’ve been wearing Nike trainer socks for my running. Needed to buy some more but figured I should ask on here for which are best? Do cushioned sports socks make a difference?

I think as with everything, you need to find what suits you. I have some decathlon socks and I'm pretty happy with then, I have some "running socks" (the ones with extra padding and protection) and they are ok but I really don't feel any benefit. I guess if you get blisters having something with more anti rubbing might help

I swear by Stance running socks but they’re expensive. You can get them for less than half price in their sales though so I just wait for those. Ordered some Runderwear ones yesterday (the name caught my attention, I won’t lie!) that are supposed to be good. I used to wear Nike socks but Stance just fit better for me, definitely feel the sweat wicking material makes a difference.

I use cheap running socks from Aldi and Lidl and they have lasted years.
As 2718281 says, if you are prone to blisters running socks will likely help especially if you are intending to run longer durations.
The best ones are the ones that fit well.
