Phew it was hot this morning 🥵 I didn’t get out till 7 so more fool me! I lived up to my name 😓

However I did 4.8K in 34 mins so I’m happy with that. Used the Nike app for the first time and it was OK. Have yet to meet the famous coach Bennet - I hear he is a legend?
