Due to a mix of work stress and a few days of simply no motivation I finally got round to doing W7R1 8 days after completing week 6. It felt way harder even though my stats on Strava are pretty much the same in terms of pace but I guess that's not surprising with that much time off at the point of just getting started with the longer runs. Doesn't help that the weather is miserable.
I also had a major fail with my music. I realised half way through that the music was sounding strangely repetitive, took my phone out and realised I'd pressed repeat instead of shuffle on the playlist π€¦ββοΈ It wasn't even a very good song!

If it makes you feel any better, I've done the same thing with the repeated song! The amazing thing is how long it took me to notice (well, I was amazed but others may not have been so surprised π€ͺ).
Well done for getting yourself back out there after a break. This weather is pretty tough to run in at the moment, but all sorts of things can contribute to make a run feel hard.
I'm impressed to see you quickly got out for another run after this, so you clearly have a determined streak. That will see you through to graduation - you've got this.
