Managed to reverse my getting slower each time trend and ran my third fastest 5k 🎉 May have reused week 9 again, Jo in my ears really soothes me haha 😅

Also, I’m considering trying that 10k plan, is that something I’d be ok to embark on soon?

The magic plan over on Bridge is excellent, and as you’re running 5k now the distance based one is the way to go... the “entry requirement” is that 5k is a comfortable run... which from here it sounds like it is for you. It’s not about pace, it’s about not feeling like you can’t finish the run and crossing the finish line with a bit left in the tank.

Yeah, I figured as much, but it’s not a question we can really answer for someone else. You’re gonna have a great time, 5-10k is an easier journey than 0-5k. Enjoy your next running adventure!
