Well thatโs a result another week โ d so onward to w8 !! I was slower today but after the first 10 mins my calves stopped burning. Is there any magic to stop calf burn Iโm doing every exercise I know !! Stretches calf lifts etc !! Drink 3 litres a day water that is !!
Still after all these weeks I am truly thrilled to be able to snail my way through 25 mins. Itโs not pretty itโs slow but Iโm out there doing it. Doubts creep in around the 15 min mark but then Jo tells me Iโve done 20 mins only 5 to go so I push through. Then I get home and collapse in a heap after a not brisk 5 min walk home !! BUT then the glow of satisfaction kicks in !! ๐พ๐ฅFriday done drinks tonight yay !!!!
