Ok , I'm on the final leg of this plan...it was Tough,,,,,Follow the App guys...
But remember we are all different with age and any ongoing illness, etc so the App is Generic, the clue is when you are reminded go at your own pace and rythem, which in turn means you may not make the 5k in 30mins.
Dont be put off the key is for us to jog/run for 30min non-stop and if you can get to 5k in that time then that's all good if not ,you still have Achieved a Massive Reward, As 9 weeks ago you couldn't jog/run for a minute let alone 30min.
For the next 2 runs ,going at my pace for endurance and moderately increase my pace but staying comfortable.
