So proud of myself for getting this far in week 1 & 2 I was struggling to even slow jog for 90 seconds. I just did 25 mins non stop 🙌🏼
I am overweight and very unfit so this is a huge accomplishment for me! (Even though I was jogging slower than people just casually walking 🙈)
I still have a long way to go to reach 5km at some point but today was a milestone in that I finally hit 4km in today’s run 😄 so that’s an extra added bonus 🥳
