WK7R2 - glad that runs over!

Really hard today, caught my rhythm about 8 mins in but it didn't last. Very heavy legs today. Frustrated as I really enjoyed R1 of this week!

Oh well, hopefully things will improve again 😕

Well done.

Heavy legs can be symptomatic of poor hydration. As a runner you need to drink a minimum of 2.5 -3 litres of fluid each and every day, running or not, as mentioned in the guide.

Thank you. I think (hope) dehydration was the problem. I run at 6.30am so I'll ensure I drink enough on my rest days also 👍🏼

I found them a bit more of a struggle too. Giving 2 days rest before R3 and will drink lots of fluids as recommended. Well done for doing it.
