After a ropey final run of W2 on Monday, thanks to muchas cervezas on Saturday night, I trotted out for the start of W3 this morning.

I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of the first 3 minute run, but struggled with the last one.

Week 3 is actually a shorter week, in that I was only walking/running for 25 minutes as opposed to 29 minutes last week. I turned around at pretty much the same point I had done previously, so I'm clearly covering more ground in a shorter time. Burnt less calories though... Boooooo.

My legs were stuggling for the last couple of minutes, and I must admit my 5 minute cool down walk wasnt as brisk as I would have liked. Its all about making small improvements though, and I am determined to do better on Saturday.

See you at the finish line!
