Found this run this morning quite hard as it was so windy on the seafront. Wanted to stop at about 20 minutes, but that was not an option in my mind. Not a pretty sight but another one in the bag, roll on R2.

I haven’t had to compete with that yet but I imagine that’s the kind of weather that would put many off their run.
