Well who would have thought this couch potato would go out in the rain !! Yep I did it. It wasn’t raining much thankfully so not to wet on my return feel so good 😇😇 I had doubts part way though thinking can I do this. But like many others I reminded myself I’d already jogged for 25mins twice do why was I having this thought. Then Jo said 5 mins to go do get on and just do it.
Onwards to Friday and completing week 7. So happy to as I’ve lost 7 lbs since starting !! Maybe in another few weeks I’ll have lost more yay only another 30 to go before I’d just be overweight not obese. 🤣🤣🤣

So positive and great news well done! I lost nothing for the first 3-4 weeks but all of a sudden it’s happening! So it appears that the blood, sweat and tears is worth it after all! 😂💪🏼
I’ve got 11lbs to go 🙄 (assuming you still do lbs and oz that is?! 😂) - doing well but it’s slow, I’m hoping running 3-4 times a week will help, just the saggy middle and baggy thighs to get rid of now 😂 - keep going! 💪🏼🎉
