Just completed Wk 8 R3 - I have to say I really felt like I was getting into a rhythm today and dare I say it I enjoyed the run. Don’t get me wrong it was hard as I came to the end but so pleased to be completing W8. Onwards to the final week 😀🏃🏽♀️ . So pleased I started this. Starting to wonder what to do to carry it on without the encouragement in my ear from C25K 👍

Next, consolidation -30 minutes 3x a week for a few weeks - is important to build up your strength after graduating. Some people choose to use the W9 podcasts through this. I celebrated by making a new run list of favourite music – it made Consolidation feel like a new adventure. 😄

I have realised that what I said about podcasts might be misleading – you can of course also re- use W9 of the app, rather than the podcast, if that is what you have been using. However, I do use many podcasts from the BBC Sounds App - endless choice! 😄
