I have lost 6 years not sure were they went.

Last year when I was 72 and starting C25k a type 2 diabetic with a heart attack in 2002. A little over a year later according to my Garmin Watch I am now have a fitness age of 67 and am easily banging out sub 38 mins 5ks at 73. So to cut a long story short and loose some years do c25k.

The question is.....will it make my hair grow again 😁
