Second run down. Found much harder but pushed on and did it. It’s like going to the gym, some days you’re a gladiator and other days ... not so much. Still, the sense of achievement is worth it. One more to go.

Nice work... and yes, running is no different from anything else in life... usually it’s normal, some days it sucks, and sometimes it’s wonderful... the pros spend a lot of time syncing this to their big races. Easy runs build the legs... tough ones build the mental strength as well, so they’re all good. Enjoy closing week one out.
