So, once again I never thought I'd get this far. But I have done the first run of week 9 and I am so proud of myself for running for 30 minutes. I tried a sprint at the end and spotify played Freeee Nelson Mandela as I crossed the finish line, a very "Special " moment for me and a very apt choice. Just 2 more runs to graduation. Onwards.....
