1st consolidation run.

1st run today, post graduation. It kind of had a similar feeling to my 1st drive after getting my licence.

Just took it quite relaxed, after 30 mins felt good so pushed on another 5 and got to 5k.

Did a new route, ran along beach a bit then onto path that goes round a lake. Had to pass a mother goose and her chicks on the path, gave a nasty hiss at me as I passed but thankfully didn't chase me. I'd have gone off like Usain Bolt if it did.

It is. I'm lucky here as I do have quite a few different kind of terrains and routes within a few minutes drive of home.

Now I've graduated I think I'll do a bit more exploring with my runs.
