How far is everyone running in week 8?

I’m Just getting to 4k in the 28 minutes but think I should be going further?

You should be running at your conversational pace... assuming that you are, 4K is perfect. We all start at different fitness levels, we are all sorts of body shapes, ages, genders, heights, and have very different genes... so comparison isn’t a good thing to be doing. Keep going at your pace, and don’t worry about slowing down if you need to. I did week 8 in exactly the same 28 minutes as you... and that makes us both awesome.

There's no 'should be going further'. Comparison is the thief of joy. Enjoy yourC25K journey, relax and concern yourself with distance and speed after graduation and consolidation.

You've fallen into the trap!

C25k is about time not distance. Maintain that thought and you will easily qualify and stay injury free.

You are doing better than me! I graduated a few months ago and am still only doing about 3.5km in my half an hour. But am varying the route, so more hills which is slower for me. So, what matters is you are getting out there, doing a pace that suits you. 🤗🏃‍♀️
