Trying again for the 4th time so fingers crossed. Last 3 attempts have been cut short due to fracturing my ankle 3 years on the trot. Nothing to do with the running just unlucky. Been eating healthier and getting out out for at least one walk a day for the past month so now I'm raring to go. Started this morning and forgot to track my run but I managed all the runs so all good.
