I'm new to couch to 5k I did my first run yesterday to test the water so to say. It was hard work but it felt amazing! Starting the program properly this afternoon on my first run re-run.

Hi Well done the starting was scary for me but it does work, it’s ok to repeat weeks and it’s ok to be slow.
