Great Jog/Run Today,I decided to try a different route, as the app suggested.
It was good as you see other parts than normal, although i encountered some small inclines, which i didnt expect, and my mind said Great now what,,,,,do I attack it with a burst or go at pace as i normally do.
Yep I attacked it , and I felt ok, but the body knew it was different run, so on the cool down at the end ,that's when I felt the different ache/pain, not too bad, but new ,I guess the new Muscles used on the inclines made a difference.
But having said that I did also intermitterly increase pace as once again the apps Encouragement, which I may be wrong but I think its getting me prep for WK9, which I'm looking forward to...ππ·π―
