Am hormonal, boobs are tender, restless night with bad dreams, no energy, feeling very "meh", wary of today's run, other things I should be doing etc etc.
Did I go anyway ? Yup.
It was hard - much harder than last week. I didn't think I could go slower than I already had been(!), but it really helped. Strangely, I'm not as wiped out as I thought I'd be.
Motto for this week - Just get it done.
