So I completed W9 R2 this morning. After a tough run a couple of days ago, I ran my fastest 2 miles this morning, which I’m delighted with!
I’ve decided that after I graduate I’m going to repeat week 3 and then try the 5km pacer app. I like having someone in my ear telling me when to run and walk and will really miss Jo Whiley! I’m hopeful that will eventually lead to a faster 5km time... but I’m in no rush for that to happen- I’m happy to be a plodder for a while longer.
Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you to people who have replied to my posts on here and hopefully I’ll post a delighted post on Tuesday after I’ve graduated.
