Really enjoyed this run again today. I took a two day break rather than the usual one due to symptoms of time of the month (sorry if tmi), but felt much stronger today.

Do any other ladies feel weaker at that time? What are your tips?

I ran through mine I found once I got going it eased my stomach cramps and my mood improved after the run lol

It definitely made me feel better today, but my first day or two I always suffer with thigh pain, cramps and am at my heaviest, so really wasn’t feeling it
