I was really worried starting Week 5; I found Week 4 quite hard and was plagued by a stitch! I decided it was best to press on and “trust in the programme” and I’m so glad I did.
This was the first week that I actually felt fitter. I managed the 3x 5min runs without too much issue, and hooray, no stitch.
Thanks for all the posts of this forum telling everyone to keep pushing forward with the programme! Really helps to motivate you when you start to doubt yourself 😊

The programme really does work, if you listen to it, trust it and listen to your body when it needs you to slow down. Speed can come later, this is about stamina. Well done! x
