Having struggled through W6 R3 and W7 R1 I honestly thought I’d have to re-do at least 1 run this week, but for whatever reason something was on my side today, and I absolutely smashed it!
The first 10 minuets as per seem to be the hardest, but for whatever the reason towards the end of the run I had lots of extra energy and was able to pick up the pace. And I could have easily carried on, so for once I’m not worried about the step up to next week. I’m not sure whether it was because of the weather, or something I have done differently today, but this is the first time I’ve actually been proud of myself through this entire programme.
Big smiles all around today! 😄🥳🤩

That's brilliant! You have nothing to fear from Week 8 now you've got Week 7 in the bag. The cooler weather definitely helps, perhaps you were more hydrated too? I notice a huge difference if I'm not well enough hydrated. Anyway, onwards and upwards, you've got this!!
I felt like that after run5/3 and duringbthe repeat run I carried on to 30 mins. Then next I did 5k and my muscle ache almost disappeared on the final K. I walk 15K every Thursday anyway so I was pleased. However the advice on here was stick to the programme so I am back chomping at the bit so I guess you should too and build up gradually. Well done
