Well I was looking forward to this week, and I wasn't dissapointed, after last week fiasco, less said about that the better lol.
So after the pep guidance from the PT,I got into my groove, I declined the offer from the PT to go a bit faster ,to pick up the pace,it was tempting tho lol, I did increase my pace intermittently through out the first stint until halfway.
Then the headwind started ,and which direction was it going, yep you guessed it ,towards me so I thought great and because I extended the run with the pace I was on a hill climb to boot lol.
So I said to myself ok dig deep and I did until the shovel dissintegrated, then I had to use Willpower lol.
Feel great after today, but thighs dissagree. No pain No gain....Stick to the App guys it works.😉😷💯🤝
