Does anyone else suffer tummy aches after their run? I don't eat anything before my run in the morning and I have been getting a sore tummy. Not Muscular - inside my tummy.

I haven't suffered after a run (although a couple of times during a run which isn't very pleasant!). I don't think you're alone though. Good practice is to make sure you are well hydrated the day before your run, leave plenty of time between eating and running and don't overindulge the day before. There are a lot of articles online about 'runner's stomach'. Hope you find a solution.
