I’m so frustrated got to Wk9 R1 and been unable to run as I have pulled a muscle in my upper leg and it just won’t heal. Been 2 weeks now and it is still sore to even walk on. Grrrrr

You just need to rest until it heals, I pulled a muscle in my back moving a washing machine at week 7 and had to rest for a month, I then dropped back a week and continued the programme. It was frustrating but better than a longer term injury. Well done for getting this far almost finished.
