W4 R3 completed!!

I really wasn't feeling it this morning but got up and went out anyway and I'm glad I did because this is the best I've felt so far during a run! It was slow and steady but I decided to leave the safety of the park and go out onto the road (I have put this off as I was worried about who might see me!! 🙈). I think this might be what helped as, instead of just running around and around I felt like I was going somewhere. It wasn't far and it wasn't fast but I was moving forward and I wasn't bothered who saw me! Bring on week 5!!
