So I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t scared running 8 mins after my warm up walk but I took it slow as everyone has suggested and it was fine. I actually felt like I could have gone for longer and got quite emotional as the penny dropped that I might really be able to run for 20 mins next time. It is true you need to trust the programme

Of course, trust the program, congratulations on completing run 2 of week 5, onwards and upwards to run 3 of week 5 which as you say is 20 minutes, once you have completed it you will be very proud of yourself 😊 🏃🏾.
