After getting to the last wk 5 run, having to stop for 2 weeks isolating, going back to wk 4 and repeating 4 and 5 - I finally got to wk 6 r1 today and managed it, with a suspected broken toe and feeling a little dehydrated in far too sticky weather. I suspect it will take me a couple of days to recover from this one! Feeling pretty positive though! If only I could stop stubbing toes and having that glass of beer the night before runs!
